New Years Resolutions and How to Keep Them

It is February of the new year and I’m sure I’m not the only one who cheated on some of their resolutions (oops!). I had a rough end to 2015, and by the end of it I was already ready to start fresh. I went through a lot of life-altering experiences, so I figured it was time to change many things in my life, and resolutions are the way to do that! There is something about forgetting the past and just starting anew, which is why I love resolutions so much! Resolutions are a way for us to improve minor or major things in our life and here are some of mine:

  1. No more soda
  2. Start/maintain a personal blog
  3. Budget every month
  4. Ditch those frenemies
  5. Drink more water every day
  6. Get my wisdom teeth removed
  7. Detox once a month
  8. Pay off all credit card bills
  9. Go to a major sporting event
  10. Apply for internships

What’s great about having a personal blog is that I have you, my readers, as my motivators!

If you explore the embedded links, you’ll see how I completed some of my resolutions. The way that I’m getting through this list is by using a goals checklist. This goals checklist is super cute and it makes it easier to organize and complete your goals:

You can collect all of your resolutions in a goal binder and look back on it whenever. It’s perfect for looking back and seeing how far you have come and how much you have accomplished.

Feel free to download a PDF version of the document here and feel free to contact me if you’d like this in another color!
