Happy Birthday, America

July 4th, Independence Day, Fourth of July… Whatever you call it, this American holiday represents the greatest Brexit of all time – when Americans fought in the Revolutionary War that won us our own country independent from Great Britain.

As you may know, this historic holiday is usually celebrated with beer, barbecue, and fireworks, all of which represent ‘Merica. Those are not the only ways to celebrate this fine country. If you plan on throwing a party, there are so many DIYs and food recipes that will make your July 4th party the best one of them all.

If you’re going to have a party, you better have the most American playlist out there. I’m talking about every song having ‘America’, ‘U.S.A’. or ‘Freedom’ in the name. I took the liberty of making a playlist on Spotify for you:

So you have music, but your party is far from being complete. The thing I absolutely love about themed parties is the decor. I’m talking about banners and backdrops and balloons. It’s pretty easy to decorate on a budget, especially if your decorations are DIY. This is when crafting comes in handy.
